Know what to expect before you order.
InstaNANO offers expert analysis of research data alongside browser-based plotting and matching tools. These terms explain the scope of an order, expected delivery times, revisions, refunds, and use of our online tools.
Standard expert analysis usually takes 3–5 working days after we have the files and information needed for the work. A higher-priced priority option targets delivery within 24 hours where the requested analysis is feasible in that time. More samples or complex work can extend either estimate. Contact us before ordering with your sample count and requirements for a project-specific completion estimate.

Scope of service
Before you place an order
These terms apply to InstaNANO's website, free tools, paid online analysis, analysis credits, digital products, and expert analysis services. The relevant product page, options selected at checkout, and any written scope agreed with our team explain what is included in a particular order. Prices and any priority charge are shown before purchase.
Please provide the correct sample count, analysis requested, measurement conditions, units, and usable files. You must have the right to submit the data. If information is missing, corrupted, or unsuitable for the selected analysis, we may ask for clarification or replacement files before work can proceed. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure which service fits your data.
Expert-service timing
Delivery depends on the work
Standard orders
Our usual turnaround is 3–5 working days once we have the complete usable data and agreed instructions. A larger number of samples, unusual file formats, or more complex analysis may take longer. We will discuss a revised estimate if the scope or available data changes.
Priority orders
Where a priority option is offered, it carries a higher price and targets completion within 24 hours after we have the complete usable data and agreed scope. The same requirements and complexity limits apply. Ask us before ordering if a firm deadline matters so we can confirm whether the requested work fits it.
Analysis deliverables are supplied digitally through the method described for the service, such as your account or email. There is no physical shipment for expert-analysis results.
After delivery
Genuine revisions are discussed
If you identify an error or a reasonable correction within the agreed analysis scope, contact us with the order details and the specific concern. We review authentic revision requests with you and agree on an appropriate correction. A new sample, a different method, extra analysis, or a changed research question is additional work and may need a separate quote.
We will not change scientific findings merely to obtain a preferred result. Please review the analysis alongside your sample history and other experimental evidence.
Cancellation and payment
When a refund can be considered
If you want to cancel an expert-analysis order before our work begins, contact us promptly so we can review the request. Once expert analysis has started, we do not offer a refund because you change your mind, no longer need the work, or alter the research objective.
This does not remove rights that apply when a service is not provided as agreed or where a refund is required by law. If InstaNANO cannot carry out the agreed service, contact us so we can discuss an appropriate remedy. For an access problem with a digital product or analysis credits, tell us the order number and what failed so we can investigate.
Self-service analysis
Online tools and analysis credits
Graph plotting and certain XRD and FTIR previews are available without buying analysis credits. Complete matching, refinement, reference details, and other paid features may require an account and credits. The plan and feature screens show the current price, credit use, validity, and any time-limited access before purchase or unlock. Credits and access are applied according to the plan and feature you choose.
Please check the selected sample and settings before spending credits. If a paid feature fails or a credit appears to have been used incorrectly, contact us with the account email and relevant order or analysis details so we can investigate. Browser tools and reference collections can change as we improve the service.
Scientific use
Review results in research context
We base an analysis on the files, sample information, settings, and reference material available for the requested work. Matches, calculations, and plots support interpretation; they do not independently prove a material's identity, performance, or suitability for a publication or patent. You are responsible for checking the results against your experimental conditions and other evidence.
Your submitted research data remains yours. You may use the analysis deliverables supplied for your own research, reports, and publications, while respecting any cited third-party sources. Purchase of a service or credits does not transfer ownership of InstaNANO's software, interfaces, or reference collections.
Website use and contact
Use the service responsibly
Use the website and tools lawfully, keep your account access secure, and do not try to bypass paid access or disrupt the service. We handle research files and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
For an order question, revision, refund request, or issue with an online tool, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the relevant service. Updates to these terms will be shown on this page; they do not override mandatory consumer rights.
